Dennis de Groot is the founder of Okay, Sounds Great, an Amsterdam-based artist and tour management agency that supports Black and Brown artists in building careers. With over 15 years of experience cultivating independent and emerging talent, he manages Amal Zenab, Avangelia, Jachary, and Loona Dae while overseeing tours for Moses Sumney, L'Rain, Melanie Charles, and others. As a partner at David Passick Entertainment, Dennis co-manages the live careers of renowned jazz musicians, including Pino Palladino, Makaya McCraven, Takuya Kuroda, and Mark Whitfield. Currently serving as the Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility Coordinator at ESNS, his industry contributions include working with Red Bull Music Academy and leading The Show Must Be Paused's Partners, Agencies & Touring Entities committee. Dennis co-founded Moovmnt, a music blog integral to the early 2000s beat scene, and is an active member of the Recording Academy, regularly speaking at conferences and universities, including NYU, Northwestern University, and Erasmus University. Previously, Dennis directed "Easy Man," a documentary exploring the career of flutist Ronald Snijders, and, before pivoting to music, was an accomplished illustrator, collaborating with global cultural brands and publishing a book of his work titled "Bare Essentials."
